Correction... she's not FROM here. She spent some time here, yes.
She never claimed us and we sure as hell never claimed her.

I lived in New Orleans once, and the natives were "freezing" in December at 45 degrees
It was pretty pathetic

In NW Arkansas our police shootings are justified.
The investigations get wrapped up quickly and the public almost always agrees with the findings and our protests are peaceful with police officers giving protesters enough rope to hang themselves gently with.
They get to have the arrest on their record for street cred even though all they do is sit in a crosswalk during a red light.

To be fair, 45 degrees is colder in south Louisiana than it is way inland in northern Arkansas.

No thanks will continue to watch the games on my big screen and drink my beer in the comfy of my home and it's not like those 3000 tickets won't be gobbled up once we are heading into hick country undefeated.

've been twice. It's not worth a 10 hour drive again. It's not worth a four hour drive.
The fans aren't terrible in person there though.
The sad thing is that we get a better turn out in the 4th quarter in your stadium then you do. Christ I almost hope you beat us this year because the crowd shots of LSU fans escaping the stadium are so damn depressing.
Look, we are willing to throw a game to LSU to restore your Mojo. Its embarrassing to have games where you walk out in the third quarter. Just don't frick it up this year OK?

Good thread.
This was one of my biggest complaints about T+1 in War Memorial Stadium. It seemed like it was always 15-20% LSU fans. Too many. Glad to know none of them can afford gas to Fayetteville.

Gas is like $1.70 (swidt)

Why?
It's no mystery that more humid climates feel colder than drier climates.
I've been outside on a rainy, 20 degree night in Baton Rouge, and I've experienced freezing skin warnings in Minneapolis.
Granted, 20 degrees is a rarity in Baton Rouge, but as humid as it is, it's nearly unbearable.
