Rumor is that he gets one more year but will need a new OC. Sources say Driskell is likely to be named offensive coordinator once he loses eligibility later this week when he accepts a cash payment from UF donors of upwards of $10000 not to play football any more.

After Saturday night, it's a done deal, why wait? Waiting will continue unrest in fans, boosters and recruits. This season is shot. Foley needs to man up and make the call.
I am sure he is reaching out to agents as we speak no?

I heard Mullen quit today and is on a plane to Gainesville to Coach the next game, that's just what I heard.

It's 15:39 in Botswana, and the native drums along the Limpopo say Boom still has a job.

It's frustrating. All parties know how this is going to end, why prolong the agony.

He's not going to get fired before the Georgia game.

He has 6 million reasons not to resign.

Is it 5 o'clock somewhere? I need a drink and Muschamp still has a job.

Is there any staff member who "has" to be retained to keep recruiting flowing and/or is that good, specifically? Any new coach will bring in his own staff, but there is usually one coach who is too valuable to the program to lose. What is the buyout on Boom's contract?

They need to pull the trigger now. Try and save as many recruits as they can. Also name the best players coach on staff as interim HC and hope that can elicit some pride these last few games. Who knows, it may work much like it did at USC with Orgeron and at LSU the year we let go of Dinardo.

I'm honestly surprised it hasn't happened. If you look at Foley's history and how quickly he is willing to pull the trigger you would think this is a no-brainer. Can't figure out why this is being treated differently.

It is surprising, maybe he gets another year?

Update: It's 3:23PM in Gainesville and Will Muschamp still has a job, unfricking believable.

The melt when Muschamp returns next season is going to be one of the biggest ever

What if he turns it around somehow to save his skin?

I am definitely wearing one of these at the Georgia game.
Thanks Muschamp and Foley.
