looked like all of your examples involved fumbles and players trying to get the ball.

id say the main difference in those and what spikes did is that was bottom of a pile and those dont sound like something done on purpose. Spikes knew exactly what he was clawing at

Many crimes are committed without the criminals being caught, so if someone does get caught they deserve to slide right?
