For real though, why does Arky never play Arky State?

I really wish we would. I seem to be in the minority of Hog fans who want this, but I think it would be great.

If you asked me at the start of the season, I would have agreed without question that stAte had the better football team. Now, they're 7-5 in the Sun Belt while we handily beat our one common opponent which they lost to pretty badly. Ball State is most likely going to rip them to shreds, and I don't think 7-6 in the Sun Belt is a big enough gap from 3-9 in the SEC to definitely give them the nod. In my mind, it's a tossup really. But thinking like that clearly doesn't belong in a troll thread, so whatever.

Doesn't matter, had fluke.

Do you seriously lack the capability of understanding what the word 'fluke' means?

The game went down to the wire and were dead even with :01 left. Kick Six happened, but the win was no fluke.

Its really funny because their reason for not playing them is a legit reason, but ole miss has the same reasoning for not playing smaller instate Mississippi schools.

But if you go back this season when arkansas played USM.
Their reasoning for not playing asu clearly didn't exist that week because the then current agenda was ole miss scurred of USM.

Turnover ratio in the OM-LSU game was basically even.

If ole miss doesn't miss a gimme field goal, fumble at the 50, and muff a punt on the OM 15 yard line then ole miss whips that arse worse than they did.

When you can barely rush for just a little more than 100 yards there's probably a chance that the passing is going to try to force things which leads to ints.

Let's not mention ole miss had 8 starters out on defense. Our backups shut your run game down

  LSU-MISS
1st Downs 22 /28
Total Yards 388 /525
Passing 274 /349
Rushing 114 /176
Penalties 2-20 /5-30
3rd Down Conversions 5-11 /11-18
4th Down Conversions 1-1 /0-0
Turnovers 3 /2
Possession 27:02 /32:58

In what fricking la la land do you live in where this game was a fluke?

The only thing close to a fluke in this game was that LSU didn't lose by more.

Now clean all the sand out of your bleeding vag fool

You'd be mistaken, IMHO.

Eh, I'm not drinking the Koolaid on this one. Even with a fully healthy JFF, A&M still has to stop them... now w/o dumbass Claiborne. I'd love to see the matchup, though.

Not kool aid on my part ... but Baylor would lose by 17.
Or more.
I think they're a shockingly untested & overrated team.
