And how do you feel about the rest of the schools in the SEC?

This is for a serious, scientfic study, people. I expect you to treat it as such.

I guess tu is. You can't just forget 120 years of history. Still the LSU is heating up pretty solidly.

Arkansas has no rivals because Arkansas has no peers.

ETA: And I don't like any of the other schools in the SEC at all. Not even a little.

OOC obviously.

In conference we hate Georgia the most, because we have the most history with them and almost none with most of the other SEC schools.

Not a rival though.

Out.

Wish they had never canceled the series. Beating Tulane never gets old.

I always hated Texas, but enough time has passed, only old Arkansas fans who remember the SWC really care. Kids today with their condoms, and air conditioning - who knows who they call a rival?

Oh, and frick Texas.

In obviously, but I think Jay Jacobs is trying to make it OOC with Clemson.

Who do you think Florida's biggest rival is?
I know some Gator fans say Uga, but I grew up a gator fan in Jax. I always hated FSU more as a kid, but thats mostly because I knew more Florida State fans. They were always talking shite. I hated FSU with a passion growing up.

OOC obviously. UK's presence in the conference is almost like a business. We go through the motions to earn a check.

I wish our football program was good enough to warrant an in-conference rival and that at least one other basketball program in the conference was consistently good enough to challenge the Cats year in and year out. It would be great to be in the ACC.

Sigh.

Not really. A&M hasn't won against us yet so it can't really be a rivalry.

Our most heated rivalry is definitely with the clown students in Tallahassee. Many older (ahem...more seasoned) Gators will tell you that nothing will ever trump their hatred for Georgia, but if you put me in a stadium watching UGA and FSU playing for the national title I'd probably be barking with the best of them.

Or at least quietly hoping FSU gets their clocks cleaned.

I don't love you, Georgia, and Vince Dooley can gobble my sausage, but I don't get that soul-burning, all-consuming rage when I think about you guys.

That all-time series record is getting really close! Might have a new leader in 10 years!

That's kinda unfair...you know you'd be all in for your team to join the SEC if you were in Aggie's position a few years ago.

From what I understand UT had as much to do with dropping the annual game as Aggie did.

Most MU fans will say KU but the NU MU game was building significance when realignment occurred. I'd like to see a home and home or a game in Arrowhead occur but I doubt it ever happens.

That's natural, I think. CFB is so chock full of passion and emotions and the average college fan is so much more invested than the average NFL fan, in my opinion. Sure, there are some wildly enthusiastic and die-hard NFL fans but overall the pros can't come close to matching the raw emotions that the college ranks elicit from us.

Part of that is hating (or at least disliking) anyone who isn't you! I don't "like" any college team besides UF, and I expect that won't change until I have children who may choose to attend some other school than I did. But the Gators will ALWAYS come first!
