Yes. But the absolute worst fan related things is the whistler from Vandy. He made the games unbearable with volume.

You do realize that hullabaloo is an actual word in the English language don't you? It refers to a loud, chaotic, or otherwise raucous situation.
Just because A&M and Tulane both use it doesn't mean anybody copied the other.
