and yet the East has managed to win 15 of 20 bowl games since 2011. 9 wins v B10, 3 wins v ACC, 1 win v B12, 1 v AAC, 1 v CUSA. meanwhile, the West has won 20 of 30 bowl games in that same time frame.

don't act like the East is all the sudden not beating other conferences' asses when it's time to throw down against them. we have.
hell, even the 3-win Gamecocks dumped the mighty ACC's 11-win runner-up in 2015.

It's enough for schools like Vandy, Mizzou, USC, UK and UTk.
The East is really meaningless to UF and UG. It's like getting socks for Christmas. It's nice to get new socks and all but I'd prefer a new fishing reel.
