2012 UGA had serious flaw in lack of run game and that's why Bama won in SECCG. Look at UGAs stats for rushing the ball...good passing game but Murray didn't have the help in run game.

Don't even try to argue...running the ball is more important than passing but you need both in todays college game.

Once L?a?n?e? ?K?i?f?f?i?n?, I mean D?e?r?e?k? ?D?o?o?l?e?y?, er, Butch Jones gets Tennessee up and running and has his recruits in house, they'll be a force in the east.

Well they dropped the ball on the NCG streak so this is next, right?

Uga lost that game due to their inept ability to stop the run...Saban figured it out and pounded it down our throats the 2nd half...1 or 2 "3 and outs" from our defense...we win that game...yet we couldn't do that..

Remember we had a 2 touchdown lead, Bama had 350 yards rushing yards..I believe both of their backs had over 150 yards...Gurley had almost 130 yards rushing. and we had almost 300 yards passing..I'm not sure I'd put that loss on our running game....I'm not sure I'd want to argue with you..

Maybe not, but UF is the darkhorse pick in the East to get to Atlanta.

Disagree. Bama was dominant vs. the run. Gurley didn't have an amazing game but did more than enough. Allowing 350 was our downfall. Luckily Grantham is gone.

IF UGA gets in the title game and has developed a solid passing game then they could beat anyone IMO.

The question is if they can get there with their much harder schedule than Missouri and if they can get their QB play in order early enough.

TN could be rounding into form by that time too, but I just don't think we will get there this year. We will be one loss off the SEC East title winner.

Gurley had 1400 yards and 17 TDs in '12. Marshall had 800 yards and 8 TDs.

Rushing offense was most certainly not a flaw for us in 2012.
