Thats nothing special. Texas A&M was a small all male military academy until the 70's.

Oh, no wonder then- all those female football players you missed out on. #aggiepotentialhangthathat

College Station isn't as hippie friendly as fayetteville and austin, so we didn't rattle off our best decades during the flower child era.

Wouldn't you think it's kinda hard to recruit stud football players with no females on campus?

From 1960-1975, we played LSU in Baton Rouge every year.

Like I said, revel in your series lead over the Aggies, but it isn't anything unusual.

Is this the year that anyone would care about this game?

Hogs choked in 2014 and 2015, but 2016 was a good game for a half before we beat that arse like 2013 and 2012. A&M still has the biggest choke job in 2011, however. That one still hurts and makes me angry at Sleepy Sherman.

Unless A&M magically gets solid QB play again, Hogs win this year. Austin Allen will be ready for payback.

The 1989 BS pass interference call is up there with the same call against Miami that lost them the natty to Ohio State.

Looks like it was filmed with a potato, but even so, you can see the Aggie hammer the receiver with the ball in the air.

After watching the highlights, I remember watching the game live.

See now I want to troll A&M but I think we find a way to lose unless Rhoads manages to get his defense in early.

The problem is that Bert was a great, and no I am not kidding, DC in his time. But he is fighting the last war. Hopefully our defense will change with Rhoads calling the shots.

Only prediction I will make is that the game will be competitive.

Mazzone has a very good track record developing young QB's. To say that solid QB play would require magic isn't a reasonable statement. Especially since the OL should show good improvement.
