Alabama is and always been good at football. That's why they are called a blue blood. Another reason Alabama is good at football is because of their athletic budget. I'm willing to bet that Alabama is one of top programs that put the most money into football. All that works hand in hand. State fans will never win a championship in football. Their budget is low, location is not that good and history is awful.

Exactly. The only thing that can screw Bama up is Bama.

I cannot stand them. Detest them more than I ever have Ole Miss, but you have to give them respect for the program they have created.

As far as MSU goes, the chances that we could ever put all the pieces together for a MNC is slim. We just don't have the money, history and resources.

It's not just football. I bet Kentucky is up in that list in basketball. I watched that 30 for 30 on Calapari. He got in trouble at Memphis for something that NCAA didn't have proof for. If that was at Kentucky, Duke or that type of program, there wouldn't be an investigation. When Calapari got the job at Kentucky, he knew he was going to be able to compete because Kentucky was a blue blood and the NCAA wouldn't do anything.

Wood shavings maybe, but I doubt point shavings.

If I had to place money on what it is, I would bet on either escorts for players or some sort of sports betting. Kinda hard to shave points in college football

Ole Miss theory of the NCAA not touching Alabama is true. Alabama is huge money for the NCAA. The only difference is that I don't cry about it

yup.

If you are big money then Big Daddy will avoid touching you at all cost. When it does escalate to an unavoidable disciplinary situation they'll go light on the big boys unless they lie/make NCAA look like fools.

Programs are the kids/NCAA the parents.. who wants to turn their kids in for a crime? No body unless the kid puts the entire family at risk, disrespects the family or is a step child/embarrassment.

the Ole Miss' of the world fall into the latter category.

So you think it's OK that your AD and HC allow Bama to get away with cheating? Sad

You are wrong. You are trying to create a reason for Alabama being so dominant that your simple mind can accept. On one side everybody says that Alabama lives on probation then on the other side they swear that the NCAA won't touch them. Alabama is good at football. End of story.

Bama earned it, but the elite get privileges.

It'll end up being both personal use of escorts as well as arrangements to bring them in to entertain recruits.

Freeze has a sex issue and it apparently became an issue for Ole Miss by association.

Over/under on lawsuit payoffs to hide Huge's sweet tooth?

Don't forget the high probability that Hugh has a love child with a three legged, Siamese midget twin hooker from Thailand that looks like Drew Barrymore.

Ole Miss beat Bama, Auburn, LSU, Tennessee, and Georgia in the last 3 years.

But they didn't beat all of them in the same year.

Upsets happen from time to time. The underdog team gets up for the game, the favored team plays sloppy. It happens. Ole Miss was never in contention for anything significant.

Well they were on their way to Atlanta until 4th and 25 happened.

Not saying I believe the Alabama conspiracy shite. Just pointing out that they were a fluke play away from keeping Bama out of the playoffs.

As for the other thing...The reason Ole Miss got busted is because their University is currently being ran by a group of imbeciles. That much is painfully obvious at this point.

4th and 25, Ole Miss. Let that sink in and suck it!

All this cheating. Your damn university may be forced to shutter the doors on the football program. And you still couldn't win shite because you couldn't stop a team from converting a frickin 4th and 25.

There absolutely has to be more than simply paying for sex in 2017. What Freeze does behind closed doors is between him and his wife, as far as I'm concerned. They may have an open marriage for all we know.

Ole Miss would have owed him $17mm if they fired him before the NCAA sanctions. Follow the money.

OLE MISS a threat to the big six? Man you are on one. Because they beat them once or twice? What do they have to show for it? That's funny.

What are you going to do about it when the NCAA is deaf to this? I'm not using Bama as a punching bag but rather a reference. It's more than just more. I don't understand why Texas sucks so bad. Hell, they got oil money.

How stupid are you? Nevermind, you just pretty much showed all of us. We had to forfeit a season of wins because a few players sold textbooks and surely you remember us getting severely sanctioned for buying a fat, out of shape dlineman from Memphis. You guys are dumb as frick.
