The second half of the LSU game may have been the turning point of Auburn's season.

I think his name was Collins. I remember that recruiting class where they said they prefer Collins over Robinson.

Another Aubbie looking for comfort in the drafting of one of their players. This went from cute, to funny, to now just pathetic.

All those plays ESPN put on when he got selected were all holds

Thank God for the rain. Can you imagine how our season would have turned out if we had won that game? We probably would have loss 3 or 4 games after that and not make it to the BCSCG.

Greg holds b/c he had a sh*tty OL coach his first two years at AU... he improved leaps and bounds his final year when he finally got some good coaching.

thank god we got rid of our last OL coach... good luck to whoever hired that idiot.

LSU fans (myself included) were wrong about Greg Robinson. We were totally wrong. We wanted him, but even if he had gone to LSU, we would have been wrong because NO ONE thought he would be the #2 pick in the NFL draft, including Auburn people.

La'el Collins was a 5 star and the #6 player in that recruiting class and Robinson was a 4 star that was going to be good, but no one knew how good.

So, you are right - LSU fans were wrong. But, then again, EVERYONE was wrong and he was way better than anyone thought he'd be.

Congratulations! Enjoy your success!

Collins is very good and if he plays up to his potential this year he could be a top 5 pick for sure. I don't think anyone ever thought Greg would end up going #2 overall. I love how Showtime gave a shout out to Thibodaux.

Wife told me that the kids from school said they had a huge arse party in the hood. Big blow up screen with a projector. Bet that was one hell of a party.

This would have been much better if you would have left off the last sentence.

Much more subtle - but I still would have gotten it.

As it is, you kind of ruined it by being too obvious.

He wont win a National Championship though. Collins might.
