He's the most complete player in CFB right, the best at his position with his ability to carry the ball 25+ times a game without getting tired or failing to produce against top teams on the schedule.

He would be one of the better WRs in the country if he wanted to play the position full time.

Plus you have to factor in his impact in the return game for his team.

Is there anyone in the SEC who may be able to rob this one in a generation player of the Heisman he should win this year?

The only legit contenders I can see who are not receiving false hype would be Chubb or Kelly.

This is a pretty elaborate anti Fournette troll.

No, I think he is out of it early. Lost that Oline he ran behind last year

The Time Zone is what robs McCaffery. Unfortunately, very few see him play very much because of it. I think that's what hurt him the most last season.

I see what you're doing but I will say you forgot about Deshaun Watson. I honestly think Deshaun is the favorite to win it this year.

Kelly is a damn good player, but I don't think he will have a shot at the Heisman for two reasons. First, Ole Miss won't win enough games for him to be considered. Second, after the Reggie Bush fiasco, the Heisman committee won't vote for another dude who plays for a team currently in the NCAA crosshairs.

Heisman is a marketing hype tool by ESPN. Personally I couldn't care less about the award, and what ESPN turned it into.

I would say it's Watsons to lose, and McCaffery can sit back doing his thing staying in the solid "will be invited so all can watch the show to see "if" he'll win" position. LF will be next after Watson. If both, and anyone else ESPN decides to hype up per week fail McCaffery could win it. Remember he is a white kid playing a black kids postition, so that hurts him too.

Huh?

By the same logic isn't Watson playing a white kids position?

Double Standard?

Fournette, Watson and McCaffery are the obvious top three. McCaffery gets a boost off of return yards ( ) making his all-purpose yards look better. If Fournette has a Henry-type year he should win, but if Clemson is undefeated by then you might see Watson take it.

McCaffery, Mayfield, and Watson will produce every game.

Chubb and Kelly will produce every game.

Players who need three years to rush over the century mark against a team do not produce every year and their lack of production against the good teams will not go unnoticed by the committee.

Him or Watson. Watson probably already won it based on his game against Bama last year.

If Clemson makes it to the playoff again Watson will take it.
