Ouch

Still waiting for the timeline on this one... everything else since this post has been "deflect & distract". Dumb post is dumb. See: 2011 Ole Miss

So you're saying Tennessee has had better talent but ole miss has done better on the field? Butch must suck if he can't do better than a girls basketball coach.

No, if anything i said it's pretty equal recently. And Freeze has 1 more year to develop than Butch has had. So lets look at that:

Freeze 1st 3 years vs Jones 1st 3 years (older first)

7-6 (3-5) VS 5-7 (2-6)
8-5 (3-5) VS 7-6 (3-5)
9-4 (5-3) VS 9-4 (5-3)

Pretty similar trajectories there bud

You have made incorrect statements throughout this thread, and when someone calls you out on it, you pretend it didn't happen, and then you even repeat the same incorrect statements.

Is there anything about you that doesn't completely suck? I'm serious, you are awful.

DJ would NEVER deflect or redirect. He is DEFINITELY a straight shooter who wouldn't dream of going back on his prior postings...

Where?

You're right. Thank God for Kentucky, huh?

Lack of specificity made that difficult to ascertain. One might argue the same for you guys and Miss St historically... except you went 0-8.

Pretty funny how if someone posts factual evidence he deflects around it. But my god if he posts evidence and he is proven wrong all hell breaks loose.

If you'd like me to dig just a little deeper we can compare the quality of opponents and margin of defeat. That wouldn't really bode well for your argument though

That multiparagraph apology he "promised" for when SC hits 22 wins in basketball? It's never coming whether they hit that mark or not.

That isn't wrong though, the west has been tougher the last few years. Not saying the west has always been better or will always be better.

Oh we know that and so does everyone else. The guy has been exposed more times than Pee Wee Herman. tCollectiveRant abhors him so it's fine.

I've made one incorrect statement in this thread. I forgot that Tennessee managed to defeat an 0-8 Kentucky to attain their lone conference victory. Also, Tennessee lost to Vanderbilt in 2013. Jones has not been able to sweep the Commodores. My apologies

And? I'm basing everything that I say off my current coaches tenure. The majority of you are so reluctant to live in the present

Mostly was an attempt at humor, given his laundry list of nb4 earlier. Both divisions have "claimed" superiority at one point or another, and there is definitely an ebb and flow. Right now, it's realistically Bama and a big effing gap between the next closest program(s).

This season will let us know whether they belong in the conversation or not, but I'd put UT, LSU, Arky, and Ole Miss all in a melting pot at that next level. Can't put UGA or UF in that mix just yet due to questions at QB. Would be anyone's guess as to how that shakes out.

What the frick are you talking about? You've been proven to be a mush-brained simpleton with your only line of defense coming in the form of name calling or telling one to commit suicide after you're made to look incompetent -- which is quite often and incredibly easy to do

Except that you tried to point out a *past* event, that didn't occur, then continue to bring up "thank God for Kentucky and Vandy" in terms of why Tennessee doesn't have the dubious honor of Ohfer in the conference. Shitty troll job is shitty... stick to one view point.

Looking at recruiting 247 composite recruiting rankings is as factual as you can get for something as subjective as recruiting talent evaluation. In the last 4 years you've been essentially the same - UT has a higher ranked single class and you have them on average by about 1 spot... wgaf. If you add in the 5th year, you fall off the charts...

ETA: I love the nouveau riche attitude up in this bitch. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy you guys beat Bama the last 2 seasons and hope you continue to do so... but don't get high and mighty like your program is some untouchable juggernaut. You're not on the same level as Tennessee, and that's not a compliment.
