Why would Saban be upset? He makes millions of dollars each year and is a very successful coach. I highly doubt he is really upset over this issue. I think he has done a nice job of manipulating the system, and will still likely get a compromise, which is all he was really looking for in the first place.

why is this such a difficult concept to grasp?

Which happens to be exactly what Muschamp wants as well......

“I could care less about the rule. The only thing I will say is the administration of the game for the officials is very difficult. Example, an offensive team gets a first down. The ball is being snapped before they even set the chains for the next first down. Is that good for the game? I don’t think so. Those things as far as administration for the officials is very difficult and my conversations with [SEC head of officials] Steve Shaw and some of the officials I’m friends with. It becomes very difficult for them to get their eyes where they’re supposed to be and execute their jobs. I don’t think that’s good for the game. So would it be good to have a little slower tempo for the game without slowing down these teams? Sure. But whatever we compromise on, I’ll be fine either way.”

It has to be. Entire media and coaches all across the country are blasting him for his cowardice. Jim Rome, Cowherd, Spurrier, Clay Travis, even Chokelahoma's assistant coach. Saban is on a 2 game losing streak. He'll be even more rustled and lose his mind when the losses keep piling up. Bama's #tdecline starts in 2014.

This should be a great thread.

Title should read "are".

Well if anyone can recognize #tdecline it would be a Vol fan so you have more credibility than most.

The IB this year will be huge. I am confident we can make Auburns record in Ttown 8-2. Then when Saban cries again for a rule change, it will be a great feeling. Maybe he should change conferences or he can always sell cars. head to head he is 6-6 vs Auburn and that had to hurt his ego. Never again, again.

Loss to Auburn. Loss to LSU.

No SEC West, No SECCG, Probably no playoff berth.
