re: Is Saban really an egotistical douche?

Saban is probably the best college football coach in the country right now & deserves all the accolades that he's earned for himself & the bama program in that context. But for anyone who has been around him for any decent amount of time and/or has talked to the many who have, he's not " a very nice guy" nor does he exude "class". There are horror stories by student workers in the LSU athletic building who had run ins with him daily. It got so bad many would duck into another room if they saw him walking down the hall. There are also stories bout his flat out rudeness from many of the restaurants he & his wife went to around town. And that just covers some of his LSU days. There were many stories behind why the Fins' coaching staff threw a huge arse party when he left Miami, & the Miami press has their own scrapbook of stories bout him. Great coach: undeniably. Nice person: not no but hell no.
