I wonder if Peyton ever tells his QB coach "just STFU, I know what I'm doing, a-hole."?

Of course he is. The Super Bowl argument is ridiculous. A great QB can be on a shitty team and not win crap.

Teams win Super Bowls and a QB is a very important part of a team, but not the whole team.

Without Manning those teams wouldn't have even sniffed Super Bowls.

Peyton lost the big games again and again. His brother has more SB rings than he.

I mean is Dilfer can win a Super Bowl behind a great defense, it wasn't rocket science to think Peyton could.

one can make a case that he is the best NFL qb to come out of the SEC. But, he wasn't the best college QB even while he was in college. And, neither was Joe Montana.

There's really only a handful of QBs that you could make a case for being better. (Montana, Brady, etc depending on your opinions) None I can think of from the SEC in that conversation besides Peyton.

I'm picturing you with those tiny Burger King hands.

There have been some good ones. Fran Tarkington, Joe Namath, Kenny Stabler, Bart Starr... come to mind.

If you're talking about championships and awards, Bart Starr says hello.
