Bounds and Jon Weiner have been sucking Ole Miss's dick all off season. Don't bail on him now
Anytime I have a discussion with someone about Bo Bounds the first part goes like this:

Them: "Hey, did you hear Bo Bounds say that ____________ was going to need to ___________?"

Me: "That guy's an idiot and probably wrong."

Is this about the ULL situation? If so then I think Ole Miss is past the Statute of limitations so they should be in the clear....ULL on the other hand, they in BIG trouble

Only heard one statement from Bo and it was an inciting ramble to get calls into his show. I don't trust journalists like that.

Do you have a link to the statute of limitations?

I think there may be some smoke coming from this ULL story and former Ole Miss coach David Saunders. The NCAA is obviously looking at Ole Miss if you read the report and ULL's findings.

Jw? Heard something about academic fraud. Possible loss of institutional control?

Last weak I called a fellow Bama fan a tool for posting rumors about Duke Williams getting in a fight after the AU game so I am not going to say anything this week

Even if something did happen, it's not like the NCAA is going to do something. P5 schools dont get fricked anymore

Is there a statute of limitations for making allegations?

Yes. Allegations generally are based on violations that have occurred four or fewer years before the time an institution is notified of an investigation or an institution notifies the enforcement staff of violations. However, the enforcement staff may allege violations that have occurred beyond the four-year period if they involve (1) the eligibility of a current student-athlete, (2) a pattern of willful violations that began before the four-year window but continue into the four-year window or (3) a blatant disregard for certain fundamental rules (recruiting, extra benefits, academics, ethical conduct) or (4) an effort to conceal violations.

So basically there is a statue of limitations but really there isn't. They do what they want.

What’s interesting about that matter can be found in this timeline of the investigation. Read through it, and notice that the phrase “legal counsel for the University of Mississippi” crops up more than once...

I don't think they just started looking into this. If I had to guess, this file has been open for a while. ULL was prolly more cooperative than Ole Miss and is finally getting closure.

They do if they piss off the REC by beating Bammer twice in a row. #MarkEmmertSabanBBQBuddies

Hearing some serious stuff going down for OM.

They've been caught with violations.

Then they stirred up a hornets nest beating Bama two years in a row.

What is this "serious stuff" and what are these "violations" you "heard" of?
