There are rumors that Suh might be shopped by Detroit.

They didn't pick his option up because they have a ton of talent on the D-Line and really don't need him.

Martin Mayhew has already said it's to motivate Nick. If he has a good year, he remains a Lion.

Nick Fairley isn't a bust, and neither is Marcel Dareus.

But since this is a response thread and obvious flame attempt, Nick Fairley has more sacks than Courtney UpShaw and Terrence Cody do...combined, and it really isn't even close.

I haven'r said anything negative about Fairley. I asked since the same thing happened to him that happened to Ingram, should he be considered a bust?
Funny I don't detect the glee in this thread by the Barners that there was in the Ingram thread....

Being a bust depends on whatever you feel it should be son. Stop looking for direction from others and stand on your own.

The San Fransisco 49ers nearly passed on Aldon Smith's 5th year option, and the Denver Broncos almost passed on Von Miller's 5th year option...it isn't always about production.

The Detroit Lions, apparently, aren't happy with Nick Fairley work ethic. Not to say it's shitty, it just isn't where they want it to be. He's been a tad bit overweight some of the time he's been in Detroit, as well. Plus, their defensive line is pretty stacked, IMO. Oh yeah, and the coaches that drafted Nick Fairley are all gone (safe assumption on my part).

You can't have it both ways. The Barners came from everywhere to damn Mark Ingram.

If his problem is a lack of motivation, the solution is to cut him and bring in someone that wants to be there.

Sounds like your problem is with the GM and not with Auburn fans.
