Wasn't Arkansas the away team against ULM recently? Not really flaming, I've just noticed SEC teams doing stuff like this more often lately.

Well since Arkansas is afraid to play Arkansas State this whole thread is rather humorous.

I think ULM was the home team when we played in Little Rock once, but I don't recall us ever playing in Monroe.

No but Arkansas plays Louisiana-Monroe and loses to them at home.

That's an asterisk year bro. Clown coach, clown season.

Everyone in the SEC knows this. You didn't get that memo?

You all have averaged 1.3 conference wins per season since we have joined this great conference.

Thats a lot of asterisks and excuses.

True. Arkansas did that to help ULM's attendance out. ULM got the attendance/ticket sales counted towards their AD. Doubt if Arky would do that for Arkansas State, UCA, etc.

And we still don't have to travel to directional school away games.

What does that say about your program?

Its says that we can actually win our division and are not scared to go on the road to play teams that Arkansas is afraid to play.

Mizzou has two division titles in the last two years.
Arkansas has two conference wins in the last two years.

Think that about sums things up.

Mizzou is going to Jonesboro because they don't have a choice..... They tried to move it to St.Louis for a reason.

Whoa, your stadium holds a whooping 832 more people than ours.

We actually did have an agreement to buy out the game and more be it to STL, but one of their boosters gave them about 1/2 the money we were offering to keep it at home and they chose to do that.

Whatcha gonna do?

Why did you schedule it there in the first place?

you couldn't get some FCS team just to have a home game?

break contract you'll make it up in home game tickets more than likely.

A few years back Mizzou backed out of a home and home with Iowa, when Iowa was pretty good and replaced them with Arkansas St. Mizzou had scheduled it, when Iowa was down, but chickened out.

They did pay a small penalty, but it left Iowa scrambling for a replacement game.
