I didn't say Tennessee was in the tier of great programs. I said Georgia wasn't in the tier of great programs.

You're not a great program historically. Tennessee isn't either. But UGA just isn't. Its an indisputable fact. Cry, laugh, mourn, lash out, do whatever you need to in order to cope with it. I'm just hitting you with facts.

All depends on what you consider "great".
UGA is by the numbers a top 10 program historically (excluding the harvards and yales... I'm just talking about the current P5 conference teams).
They're 9th in wins, 11th in winning percentage, 9th in AP poll titles (will move up to 7th should they win the playoff again). They are the 9th or 10th best program of all time.
If you want to call that "not great", that's fine. UGA is a top 10 program and not a top 5 program. Some people consider that great, but you can set your measure of that title wherever you like. I prefer to keep things objective and say UGA has historically been one of the 10 best programs of all time.

Analyzing the program, I’ve got a tremendous amount of respect for what he’s doing there. It being Georgia aside, the guy flat out is building a culture through multiple tenants that seem to be instilled in how his players go about business. Instilling that in 18-24 year olds who are getting their asses kissed constantly and entitled as shite is not easy. And their level of winning is unprecedented.

I think it’s pretty clear. All due respect to Dooley, but it’s so much harder to win in this era, and Kirby built them into the type of program we were never supposed to see again. To recruit, and motivate at Nick Saban prime level for three years in a row was something I thought impossible. Kirby just has this massive chip on his shoulder and the whole program is this faceless, merciless monster. If you have their attention at all they will maul you.
