Seriously glad to be an SEC fan. Okay maybe Vandy has to do this, but N.C. State is supposedly a middle tier program. This is pathetic.

NC St. is still irrelevant in that despite all the 4 and 5* players they have gotten in the past.

I like the Indiana ads I've been seeing: season tickets for $30

THIRTY DOLLARS FOR A TICKET TO EVERY HOME GAME

I knew they had little to no football support but Jesus.

I lived in North Carolina for 7 years as a young man. Loved the state and the people. But honestly, football was just something to do until basketabll season started for them.

Sounds like it is better to be an NC State fan than Bama fan.

You got to break the bank to get a nose-bleed ticket at BDS.

I have lived here for 14 years now. And you are absolutely correct. Most people here don't give two effs about football. It's all b-ball, which I have grown to really like. My wife is a Duke fan during b-ball and AU fan during football.

:popmotherfrickincorn:

So your wife doesn't support Auburn athletics? Or Duke athletics for that matter?

A few single game tickets for Kent State, North Texas, Vanderbilt, and Georgia Southern left. Some of those rediculous priced endzone seats left for the Tennessee game.

It's $55 to a non-conference game.

Yup I was born and Raised in NC up until High School (Both Parents went to SC)
And even then they were SC basketball fans because of living in the state and our team being pretty legit in the 70s.

I guess that's why I watch College Basketball over College Baseball.

But everything you say is right about.
Charlotte is changing a little (as you are seeing more Gamecock Fans), but it's still a college basketball city

Alabama fans bought season ticket from Auburn for the 2009 Iron Bowl. They also bought season tickets for Duke for last year's game in Durham.
