It is on time delay though so space/time will not catch up until Saturday night at which point Banks will emerge from a black hole and actually tip the ball and a linebacker will catch it before it hits the ground.

I'm glad you believe in Merlins, he is a wizard and is capable of such feats.

Just a plausable thought here..

MSU preped for a passing game. We stopped it. They switched to a run game. We reacted slowly as to not give them the passing, "Fast" scoring.

Now, my turn. Do you think MSU is preparing for a passing attack or a running attack?

Yeah, because LSU's secondary last year wasn't legit in pass coverage, and AJ definitely hasn't gotten any better since last season

Troy and MTSU had the pleasure of facing many of our reserves. We forced Tennessee to beat us with the run. They didn't but they racked up some yards. We will make bama do it through the air. Or at least try. This isn't grind. This is fact.

I would hope both because Bama has to have the most balanced attack in the country.

Is that why Troy outplayed MSU and should have won the game?

We played to stop the passing game. UT could not get that going and had no choice but to run.

We are not preping for a passing attack from bama.

This is the stupidest, most friggin ignorant statement a BAMA fan or anyother could make. Until you actaully watch our games and understand who starts for us and who doesn't... until you understand what defenses we ran with teams like that, it's a good thing to not even comment. You show total ignorance...

Said in the most loving way.....

Please explain then these defensive shcemes you speak of that allow this type yardage as a gameplan?

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here's an idea. Go look at the last Troy drive that produced a TD. Tell me who made the last few tackles.

Then look those guys up. Tell me where they are on our depth chart.

Then look at the VERY next drive when MSU put their offense in. we took 5:40 seconds off the clock.

Please know what you are talking about when it comes to these games.

MSU gave up 214 rushing yards to TN.

MSU gave up 230 rushing yards to TROY!

I expect Bama to rush for 350 yards.

Lacy and Yeldon both with over 150 yards.

Go watch it for yourself. Look up any out of conference games and watch any of them.

Then watch the first half of UT. It's clarly evident. look at the CBs where they are.

It's not a hard thing to look at and see.

Pretty much MSU can do one thing they can focus on the pass and stop it with 8 defenders, or they can put 8 in the box and stop the run.

I guess what they don't realize is that when they put 8 in the box Bama will pass, and when they put 8 in coverage Bama will run, so they won't be able to do either against us.

I'm 80% sure they let Mcaaron audible pass/run based on who's around the box.

Miss St. can't stop the run with 6 in the box, and they can't stop the pass in a 4-3 so it sounds like Mcaaron will be throwing against the same defense UT ran but with better corners (meaning he'll have to check down to the TE and RB when they are covered) who were open against UT but he didn't need to check down.
