I think most of the fans of rivals teams of UGA are. That joker was good in rivalry games. Except perhaps Florida. Florida had some very good teams under Urban though. The last 2 losses to UF were head scratchers for sure.

I love stats that prove a point. I'll bet every bitch in here arguing against it will just skip over your post.

I love to use stats. They are difficult to argue against....however, you are correct. Most people skip right past them for that reason.

And I was right. They all ignored it. Bitches.

Add to those OOC opponents UNC for 2016, @ Notre Dame in 2017, Notre Dame in 2019 and going out to 2025 and 2026, a home and home with UCLA. Still a good bit of time to add others in there, which will almost certainly happen.

Oregon was in there at one point, but backed out

I think the Oregon series was a mutual backing out. OSU legitimately backed out of that series that was scheduled for 2020-2021.

Are you saying Vandy would have won the ACC in 2002 or 2006?

I'm saying that the best Vandy teams could have definitely competed in the ACC for the Championship. They might not have won it, but they would do much better in the ACC then they did in the SEC.

quote:

I know that Duke team had a competent QB unlike Vandy has had.

Anthony Boone Duke QB during division champ yr:
206/322 for 2260yds 13tds 13int 128.2 rating

Jordan Rodgers Vanderbilt QB their 2012 team:
191/319 for 2539yds 15tds 5int 139.1 rating

So Duke had a competent qb and Vandy didn't you say? Really? Really? Come on now. It's okay to admit you're wrong, it won't kill you.

Glad to see you guys have those matchups in future years. Most of my uga friends I think prefer to play games like that. Better than playing directional schools and 1AA. I remember when you played UCLA in the 80's in Athens. A home and home with them is a great idea. You get to play in the Rose Bowl. I wish Tech would do that with them.

I see some t shirt GT fans but not as many as a State University flagship school. My niece was raised in a Dawg family and I even took her to games when she was small. She married fricking Phil who is a diehard GT fan but never went to school there. No one in his immediate family did either. She has been a diehard GT fan since she married fricking Phil. I don't get it. I tease her every now and again but it's just football so I really couldn't care less that she flipped on signing day to fricking Phil.
