Bama also had the new wrought iron fences at the 2011 A-Day. Those look a lot like the old chain link fences behind Terry in that pic.

You're correct. The old chain link fence was taken down in the summer of 2010 and replaced with the brick columns and wrought iron fences.

Here's a picture of the inside of BD in July 2010 showing the old fences were taken down and the new colums put up.

Another one

And here is a picture of someone (not me ) planking on one of the new brick columns with the new fencing inside BD stadium...

The old fencing left in 2010, so that picture of him had to be in 2009.

Two weeks ago Alabama’s compliance department released 36 NCAA violations committed the last two years by school athletic programs. Among the football violations was the following:

Strength and Conditioning staff member returned a voicemail message not knowing the caller was a prospective student-athlete.

The 36 NCAA violations released by the school to the public did not include anything pertaining to the relationship of Alabama players and Tom Al-Betar, T-Town Menswear, or “Kiosk @ Mall. Tom’s.”

And Saban said yesterday:
quote:

We've done a cease-and-desist with this establishment a long time ago to make sure everybody understands what players can and can't do. You know, I guess I could ban our players from the place but until somebody can sorta convince me that somebody is doing something wrong, which I haven't been convinced of yet, I don't know if that's fair to our players.

So what was the dissociation for? Obviously from that quote Saban didn't know anything about the dissociation letter. If he was "dissociated", why is it still ok for the players to hang out in this guy's store?

Why is this thread anchored? But the "Picture of an AU Runningback" thread is allowed?

Ridiculous...

If Alabama "dissociated" Albetar in March, why did he have sideline passes to A-Day in April?

I wish lsu would dissociate me and give me sideline passes.

I'm not trying to disrespect you in any way, but when is the last time you bought a suit? If I had to make a guess, you wake every morning and put a uniform on of some kind. And nothing is wrong with that. Honest work of any kind is respectable.
