I'm going to tell you my man. The greatest to ever play at a Georgia sure did make his University proud when he ran for US Senate! Can he sign his name?

Outstanding!
Section 102 in that dump of a hole in the ground has leaked sewage since the 80's.

Legit tough question.

I’d have Fayetteville, AR (and surrounding areas) and anywhere near I10 in Alabama (Foley, Fairhope, Daphne, Orange Beach ) ranked in my top 5 places to live in the Southeast

Next best for AR is probably the Hot Springs area, for AL probably Huntsville or a suburb of Bham like Hoover.

I’d probably lean Alabama just slightly. Mostly because anything South of Pine Bluff for AR is nothing but rice fields. Almost half the state is farmland

North Alabama is changing rapidly. It's possible that ten years from now, Huntsville will be one of the largest cities in the South.

Huntsville is nice, but this is complete horse shite. At its current growth rate, it will take nearly 40 years for Huntsville to become the largest metro in the state of Alabama… and that assumes growth rates stay constant over four decades which they never do.

And when you include the larger area as a whole, Huntsville-Decatur (CSA) is just the 3rd largest in the state at 659,000. Mobile-Baldwin county has 667,000 and Greater Birmingham has 1.35 million.

At current growth rates, Huntsville should pass Mobile in 2-3 years, but would take 42 years to pass Birmingham

South east of pine bluff is fields. South Arkansas is woods. Literally nothing. Think the biggest town south of pine bluff has 18000.

I can drive around Little Rock easier compared to Birmingham so Arkansas wins.

Terrible place, stay away. Especially Bay St. Louis, crime worse than Nola. Avoid at all costs

Thank you for the endorsement. We don’t want anybody moving to Mississippi and messing it up for the rest of us.
So keep on downgrading us. Our strategy is working perfectly.

Spent my early years in Madison, MS, but really grew up in the Birmingham suburbs. Both places definitely have their issues, but the shite spewed about the state of Louisiana on the OT makes me glad I do not live there, and visit on my own accord. Love the culture and food but there is some third worldy corrupt government stuff going on down there. I’m sure it goes on everywhere but LA politics are just something different.

Everything east of Little Rock is better outdoors wise, although Bama has the gulf.

Upper Alabama is nice. Alabama would be the better choice (and I lived in lower Alabama for 2 years).

People can say roads, military prowess, the dollar, etc, but our agricultural lands and climate diversity allow us to grow a plentiful supply of darn near anything at a reasonable cost has as much to do with our independence and sustainment as anything.
