It probably just means coaches can't call them any more to set up 400 dollar shopping sprees. I am sure people will still be able to come in off the street and buy.

That was his choice bro. Kobe Jones snitched too, but he didn't go on twitter and bring more attention to it and make it apparent why he was doing it like Leo did. Leo admitted to taking money from multiple schools, ends up at state which means state cheated to get him too and he is trying to bring down his rival, not out of morality, but out of vitriol. He is demonized for something he chose to do.

It's amazing and sad how much you have exagerrated this myth and minimized it from ole miss. You should work for the compliance department.

Lawyer 101: demonize the victim in all of this, an 18 year old african american student. The rich lawyer (whomever it is) can buy his way out of a trial, but put the victim under duress until they give up or crack.

Rebel Rags is probably genuinely concerned with their long term financial viability if ultimately they are identified as rogue boosters. I wonder if as a business owner they could just sign the ownership to a spouse or something. Or maybe blame a rogue employee. Not sure how it works if the school has to dissociate.
Why was there so much back and forth communication/phone calls & texts between Warren and Farrar? Dozens and dozens of them?

Hell no, they have nothing but what their mouthpieces tell them. It's a bullshite lawsuit used only as a diversion tactic to temporarily draw the public's attention away from the nearly 2 dozen Level 1 violations, the dozen plus "Boosters", the nearly 50 Student-Athletes, and half a coaching staff.

In less than a month, the Ole Miss contingent will man up and go before the COI for the 3rd (THIRD) time in 2 years. They will try to fight the LOIC charge while they will have 3 teams on probation and serving sanctions.

The business Rebel Rags itself is named in the NOA and can be disassociated.
