That's just the thing. Bama was having no problems running the ball on aTm. But, Nussmeier kept going to the pass cuz Bama was playing from behind the whole game. And it wasn't necessary.

It was necessary. If UA were to have stuck with just running the ball Tammy would have won by more. Tammy scores fast and often. UA had to match the speed of aTm's scoring. Bama got flat out played and that is all there is to it.

Because aTm did it with Bama coming off of an LSU game. They could not have done that had both teams been coming off a bye, much less a month of preparation. You won the game and nobody is going to take that away from you, but let's not push it. And why would your success piss me off? Our past 2 season have exceeded yours. But we will see how you hold up after Johnny football or Sumlin jets for a better deal.

Yup, definitely not pissed.

So its your OC's fault you lost and not that Manziel shredded your defense?

I think A&M is the best team in the SEC right now. Thats not a knock against Bama, being at the top isn't anything new to them.

But it is for A&M, they have an insane amount of momentum right now and alot to prove. I think that makes a big difference.

If Bama wins monday, they will be the best team in the country and SEC. That's how it works.

Is it? That's not how it worked in 2011. Alabama was the best team all season long even after getting beat at home.

I was assuming you because it appeared you were making an excuse for why your offense wasnt functioning as well as it should have

They scored 9 points after the first quarter. Like I said, it was unnecessary

They pass the eye test, but I guess that's all people care about.

Well we can't do the feel test, hearing goes along with the eye test, the smell test is pretty useless, and I'm pretty sure tasting them would be frowned upon so...

EYE TEST IT IS

It will be interesting to see how Saban does when he is looking toward A&M all off season.

I am not happy with the scheduling changes, but I am relieved to not be Saban's SEC opener for the first time in evar.

The 20-0 hole you and your offense had to try and climb out of

They scored 9 points after the first quarter because they were dedicated to running the ball to eat clock.

A&M rushed the ball 46 times against Alabama.. pass to score, run to win.

A&M was limiting the run. Nealy was giving Barrett Jones fits in the middle.

Not a fantasy football guy, so I have zero frame of reference, but I'm gonna assume that 56 point is kinda good

this was true. Either way all of this don't matter. Bama is the one playing for the title.

Yeah A+M would beat ND by 40, Bama will just win by 20.
But I would like Bama's chances in a rematch with A+M.
