Those damn push offs that were missed on three long passes by Missouri were BS.

As an impartial third party wishing to see a 0-0 tie - there were some blatant push-offs on those scramble plays when Mauk was just throwing it up.

I thought the late hit call drawn by Cooper along the sideline was pretty questionable - the Missouri player had started his tackle when Cooper was dancing up the sideline. Cooper is too fast to give up on that tackle.

The call on Ray and his ejection were both justified, and unfortunately took away one of the best storylines of the game, but the way Ray acted afterwards was the real shame.

All in all, I think the Missouri poster was accurate when he said there were some missed calls but nothing that would have changed the outcome of the game. The score was pretty indicative of the talent levels of the two teams.

Before any Missouri fans accuse me of being butthurt - I think UGA loses by roughly the same margin in that game.

The late hit on Amari Cooper was incorrect in the fact that the tackler made first contact while he was still in bounds.

He made first contact in bounds, but he was not in the process of bringing Cooper to the ground. He didn't pull Cooper to the ground until he was 4 yards out of bounds.

That's the correct call.

Danielson said it was the right call.

I'm surprised he was audible with his mouth on Saban's knob.

You do realize it's hard to have an intelligent conversation with this kind of response, right?

Since you're trying to be fair, you left off the missed call on Mizzou's only TD.

Did you expect him to bow down to the team that was getting drilled all game?

I don't understand why these threads are started. Bama would of won the game regardless, we should just congratulate them and move on to bowl discussions and shite like that. Threads like this just make some people look like whiners.

And if you think I am bitter about the result of the game, I'm not. Bama outplayed us plain and simple. Mizzou had dropped balls everywhere. Couldn't recover any of Bama's 4 fumbles while they recovered our single one. Ray's ejection deflated our defense, which showed in the second half.

The officiating was awful. If you can tell be with a strait face that neither team committed a single holding penalty in 60 minutes of play, you are an ignorant fan. I have had the luxury of seeing 2 different styles of officiating in the Big 12 and SEC.

I'm not saying there shouldn't have been a holding call, but I can't think of a play where I thought, "Where's the flag for holding?"

Eh. It was just sitting on a tee so I went all John Daly.

Back to point... It was a weak call, but no where near a game changer.

The non-review / early whistle on the Bama fumble Missouri recovered was much more impactful.

But even then, as horseshite and outmaned as Missouri was nothing was going to change the outcome.

Bama dominated. It looked like men against boys.

Bama clearly only had 6 guys on the line of scrimmage for the last kneel down, but no flag was thrown.

Just sayin.

The guy gets paid to say something positive, and Mizzou, with the exception of a couple of busted plays, did VERY little, if anything positive in the game. ....I guess he could have commented on how pretty Mizzou's uniforms were.

Agree, other than Mauk scrambling then heaving throws downfield, Mizzou's offense was nonexistent. We were dominated in every phase of the game. It all came down to the disparity in talent and game planning.

The ejection was a joke to say the least.

And in case you can't think for yourselves that new 'rule' is designed for nothing more than the officials to be able to control the outcome of the game more.

When it happened NOBODY on Planet Earth thought the flag was for anything other than possibly excessive celebration by Bama or some other no call.

Then b/c 2 announcers on tv say so, all of you minions carry the water for them.

WOW!

Also, that was without a doubt a fumble. Face it, the officials did their jobs to ensure Bama win the game. Yes, they most likely would have anyways.

It was pretty bad. Especially the no call on that illegal pick play.

I'm sure you have the game committed to tape in the video archive of your Bama Room.

Go back and watch the play and you tell me why they went silent. The silence spoke volumes.
