I call BS on your first sentence. There are more than a few posts on every page that are 100% school-centric and have nothing at all to do with the SEC in general, yet they're still there (and there's no reason they shouldn't be). The first deleted Kyler post was nothing more than an announcement. Blam. Gone. That was stupid. Subsequent Kyler posts were understandably a bit more defensive. Ironically THIS thread survives when the OP was obviously trolling the admins.
Whatever, this place is still the best for reading about other SEC teams, despite one or more admins having a weird fixation about A&M.

Murray isn't a consensus 5 star. Rivals had him as a 4 star, but for 5'11" 170lbs, make sense.

Don't be absurd. There was no good reason to delete the first Manzel thread, nor to move the thread about the Nelson ratings. Pretending like there is a single moderating standard used equally for all schools makes you seem borderline retarded.

ESPN had 20 5 stars in the 2015 class. Rivals had 34 5 stars in the 2015 class. 247 had 35.
Here are the ones who were ONLY 5 stars on Rivals:
Kyle Phillips (Tennessee)
Maea Teuhema (LSU)
Jacques Patrick (Florida State)
Derrius Guice (LSU)
So what you're saying is that 40% of the 5-stars on ESPN's list who are also 23% of the 5-stars on 247's list don't rate 5-star ratings on Rivals, yet 12% of the names only on Rivals' list do?

I'm nowhere near indignant. I'm laughing at LSU admins. There have been other examples but this was the most wacko I can remember.
Yeah, absolutely, some of the subsequent posts about Kyler were over the top. To be expected, after the first out-of-left-field deletion occurred. Again, that was stupid. And it wasn't all Aggies saying so.
It's not a big deal, I just wish the admins would be honest and say "We'll allow anything that praises LSU. The rest of you low-lifes... watch it."
