Ha nah it was my bad. I thought you were just adding on to what he was saying. Any time a UT fan takes joy in another team's misery other fanbases make sure to talk trash about UT. I can't blame them though, if it was Bama, LSU, UGA, or UF, Id be doing the same thing.

Hey its all SEC. But its something about Arkansas that brings it out in me. Maybe I just really hated petrino. Something gutless about a man who won't shake hands after a loss or leaves notes in his players lockers after he accepts another job.

Head Hog, you are just gutshot and in shock. The Ark program, roster, Ath Dept, fanbase, boosters, are a much more potent gig than you paint of current. I do not foresee the losses you do regardless of HC, or even an interim if need be.
Jeff Long will find a solid HC, and God willing UA fans probably will reap a nice reward for blind faith in making a tough choice, and standing for virtue.

after putting some thought into this, what really pisses me and I think a lot of hog fans off is not just that we lost a good coach. it's much deeper than that.
I am 28 years old. Before Petrino I knew of one hog coach, nutt. for 10 years, i watched nutt run the program into the ground, not recruit, cheat on his wife, hire his friends, lol rehire his friends, hire his brother who, from what i understand can't even coach, blacklist anyone who didn't agree with him, make his fan base so pissed off at him that the fans took out banners and flew them over games, and all that time, our AD at the time had his back to the point, that the only way we could fire nutt WAS to fire the AD.
and here comes a coach, lol actually WORTH protecting like that, and he fricked up one time and it's GTFO. tell me how that is fair at all. you can't

Arkansas would be fine next year no matter who they hire. Not SEC champ fine, but that wasn't going to happen anyway. It isn't next season you people should be worried about, the continuity will carry for a season.
