Ah... My best advice dealing with a Realtor: ask a lot of tough, specific questions.
If they say they don't know or they'll find out for you, good.

speaking of realtors, we're going to turn in our lease paperwork for our house tommorow. it's right behind the big freshmen bar on campus.

LCT - Sounds good to me. Some people equate realtors with lawyers and used car salesmen. I was just making sure.
