It really is after a Storm of Swords. But the end game is worth it IMO.

I like that, but this one sums up my current popularity on the SECR

meh... if I weighed myself based on popularity on an internet message board? I'd have killed myself 37 times and tried another 12 by now I'm sure... don't sweat it.

You can get away with most anything for streaming. I'm still able to stream everything off this five year old bastard to the TV with HDMI without a problem.

The gaming is the wildcard. They keep making games more and more processor intensive. Figure out your favorite game's specs, and buy the cheapest unit you can while still having enough RAM and Video Card capability to effortlessly play the game.

Stay away from HP though, if you have a choice. This laptop's an HP, but they really shite on the video cards when it comes to cooling, which can be an issue.

I'd apparently be fricked if I was up for a quality control review.

They hate me on the Falcons board I post on though. I call Ryan and Smitty out when they do stupid shite and those homers hate it.

They really have. Mrs. Mizzeaux's family is all from San Jose and worked for HP. It's really a shame.

Indeed. Make me hate him, then make me feel empathize with him, then make me cheer for him. Damn you George R R Martin!

Jaime eventually became my 3rd favorite character after Arya and Tyrion.

I just hope Martin's fat arse doesn't kick the bucket before finishing the last 2 books. At the very least he needs to leave his vision in the capable hands of a young, healthy, talented writer.

They Charged $50 for tech support. I bought the best hp computer they had at walmart at the time and it has had problem after problem. It needs more work done to it. I could buy a new gadget for about what it cost to get fixed.

I'm still a Jon Snow fan. Arya is my favorite hands down though. I'm convinced if I ever have kids my first born girl will be named Arya.

Martin is definitely going to die before the books are completed. I just know it.

Have you (or Robot) read the Dunk and Egg novellas yet? They're set 100 years before ASOIAF when the Targaryens were at the height of the power. Has some great ties and clues to what's going on in the current books.

Hey, everyone. Rough day - a good friend's dad passed away this morning. Great guy, and I've known him most of my life. Feels like losing a little piece of your childhood.

Hey Semo.

Sorry to hear it. One of the tough things about living life, those that started before you start stopping while you're still doing it.

ETA: If that's a real original thought, I'm putting it on cards today.

Thanks, Mizzeaux. And you're right, spot on. I feel so bad for my friend, they just lost her mother-in-law a couple of weeks ago.

And pioneer - sorry you got in trouble! I hope your wife wasn't too mad at you!
