I thought we would win the west. Just like I think the Saints will win the Super Bowl.

True and True

you still didn't answer my True or False...

but I know why....

That D is really all you have left now and to see them get worked the last 2 weeks has to be hard on you.

250 on the ground in back-to-back games

9-3 isnt a terrible season, given all things. Our backup center is our starting rg. Our backup rg is our starting rt. And our backup lt is our starting center.

we have no depth on our offensive line.

so 9-3 is exactly where we should be this year

we held lsu to our (previously) season average of 10 points per game....which, at the time, was the nations best scoring defense.

LSU's yards per play against OM is better than any of OM's opponents other than Auburn. Look it up.

LSU actually did manhandle OM's defense. The points aren't there, but the rest of the numbers are.

And pankReb, to be clear, you know EXACTLY why LSU scored only 10 -- we left an additional 10 pts. on the field. You know this. I know this. Everyone knows this. Your argument is wrong.

Two weeks ago your fanbase thought this team was the greatest since Bama 2011.

Because its irrelevant as we held your offense to 10 points.

so...once again....our defense did its job.

for reference....our defense gave up 35 to auburn. Our defense did not do its job yesterday.

so possibly having more possessions and opportunities to score points is irrelevant to winning?

Got it

Think we may be getting to the root of om's issues guys.

And we left two touchdowns on the field last night. But we didnt score them....so they arent included on the final score.

you still only scored 10 points. No other way to spin it.

It's Pride comes before the fall. Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.

Save it. There are no Christians on this board.
Haven't you read it before. lol

Ah...there it is...youre finally realizing that an offense is also a big part to football.

youre getting pretty close to figuring out how this whole football thing works. Hopefully youll soon realize that the ole miss offense and lsu defense played in that very same game....

The defense got lucky that Fournette fumbled on the goal line and Delahoussaye missed a FG. Otherwise, Ole Miss does not have a chance to win that game.

Defense did its job? They did OK. But the point situation was more a product of luck than anything.

BTW you are like a broken record with this shite: Defense did its job. Defense did its job. Defense did its job.

Ole Miss is collecting their moral victories and what ifs after last night. Let them have it.

Let it go dude....You are still in shock after these two painful losses. Just man-up and admit LSU beat you twice last week and all of your dreams died that night.

Your defense only gave up 10 points against LSU, but the physical domination was evident to all who watched.
The missed FG and turnovers caused by a scrappy OM defense is the only reason the game was close.

All the injuries OM suffered against LSU contributed to, if not directly led to the loss last night.

YAOM....deal with it.

So which defense gets credit for only giving up 10 points?

Then your 7 points against LSU are irrelevant because they didn't result in a victory. See how stupid this argument is?
