All other silliness aside, by the very definition, there aren't many "elite" qbs. Last year there were the guys at Louisville and Clemson. There may have been one or two more, but it certainly wouldn't apply to a guy that had a good practice against a 2nd team defense.

A healthy Sean White as backup QB is better than most other schools 2nd option.
