If your team went 0-fer in the SEC this year, would you want Art Briles?

I'm curious want people here think.

Personally, I think he's toxic and no P5 program will hire him. Do y'all agree? Would you want him as your team's coach?

He'd be an upgrade for probably more than half the teams in the conference.

He'll be a candidate in starkville as soon as Muffin can find a way out.

Nope. I would hope every SEC fanbase would say the same.

Louisville or Auburn wouldn't hesitate for 1 second if things turned upside down.

I could see several sec teams that wouldn't have a problem hiring him.

So far, not a single poster has said, "I would want my school to hire him."

And yet he's obviously a great coach. To me, that's confirming what I believed: he's toxic. No major school will hire him.

Beggars can't be choosers. Yes.

That being said I think Stoops is doing fine overall. Fixing our mess takes time.

On a scale of 1 to 10 on ways to screw up your coaching career, with 10 being what he pulled at baylor, coaching at kentucky is an 8

I would never go to and rarely watch an Auburn football game until Briles + every person involved with hiring him was out of power.

I would debate whether to go to any other sports. I already got bball tickets for Madison Square Garden + flights so I'm committed there

I'd rather go 0 for the season, including a loss to Alcorn State, then see Briles at the U of A.

No means yes to Art Briles, so long as you can play football
