Not only being good, but playing a fun style too. I remember, Coleman Coliseum was packed and rockin' when JaMychal Green, Tony Mitchell and Senario Hillman were putting on a show each week. The only high flying baller right now is Retin.

That team was so much fun to watch

As long as our team isn't putrid, Arkansas has pretty killer basketball support.

We support everything pretty well here.

I hope that South Carolina will one day be able to pack the house in BB games like we do in football. Right now that seems like a very foreign concept..though things are getting better with Frank Martin as our coach.

It was only 5 short years ago you were saying the same thing about your football program. Stay positive, two years of success in your basketball program and yall will be selling them out. Same story with your baseball team that won the world series and such.

OK..who are you and where the hell is the real deeprig9 at? See..all that time you've spending on our board has made you develop a soft spot for Carolina...it was bound to happen sooner or later. We're good people!

Ole Miss would have to win a national title before I'd even think about buying season tickets. And that's only if the Tad Pad is demolished and a new arena is built.

The Tad Pad is such a shite heap

We had a basketball tournament down there one summer and I thought I was going to die in there. It was cool at first, but got old very fast when we realized it was lacking some serious air conditioning.

Aren't they building a new one?

Yeah I think they break ground on the new one within the next 12-18 months. Thank God.

Arkansas' attendance was among the best in the country prior to Pelphrey taking a dump on the program. It declined rapidly during his tenure. It's starting to come back but it will take MA some time to get the program where he wants it. This is the first year of his tenure with some expectations.

I go to every home game, most of my friends do as well.

We are around 15-16K/game when we are not good and 18K-20K/game when we are.

My guess is we will be around 17 or 18K/game this year, which is pretty solid.

i just love the entire college football experience more college basketball, probably b/c i was raised in the south on it.

one game a week, 95% of the time played on a saturday, which gives you an entire day to concentrate on football and partying, traveling to the game, tailgating, visiting the campus/your fraternity/sorority house, or just hanging at home with your friends & watching your team plus most of the cfb teams play.. as opposed to basketball's two games a week, one of which will be played during some random time of the week.

that said, we have relocated to indiana & am trying very hard to love college basketball...

Yes, If my team had a legitimate chance of making the NCAA tourny with 5 weeks left in the season I would go and watch more.

When I was a student I never missed a home game and I loved it, but Auburn was decent at the time.

I get excited for every football game no matter how the team is doing, but I lose interest in basketball once the dumpster catches fire.

It will be interesting to see if CJJ can build up the fanbase to previous high levels of the Dale Brown era, but we will soon know, as his recruiting and coaching up the team last year was fabulous..

LSU Hoops well on it's way back up, will soon be nipping at the heels of UK and Fla.

Idk if yal will ever be able to fill that monstrocity yal built, way overextended yourself there IMO. Shouldn't have built it for mixed use. Basketball arenas at non-basketball powerhouses should be small.

We're talking about building a new one, and if DRad proposes something as big as yal's I'll be pissed.

Basketball games were always fun as shite when I was at Clemson. Like someone said, if the SEC schools would at the very least go to an entertaining style of play that would help. Obviously winning cures all, but fvck yal's games are so boring to watch.
