We will be able to tell if Harris is lost or not tomorrow night. I'm looking at how fluid the offense is ran rather than if he can chunk a couple deep balls to pad his stats

Both. I would be pumped because he shows promise, but he won't be truly tested until he faces some of the elite secondaries he will face in the SEC.

A good showing against Mcneese would mean we are ready for A&M...so yeah I would be pumped.

We already know what Harris can do against chump teams. He lit up NMST last year for 214 yards and 5 TDs on 19 plays. He had 115 yards and 2 TDs on 10 plays against SHSU.

What he does tomorrow will be like what he did last year. We will be excited if he puts on a show against Mississippi St and Auburn.

Don't blame you. I've always liked Arizona State ever since going over there for a game. That student section gets rocking when Thunderstruck plays. Quite the party.

Yes because Jennings looked shaky against everyone.

So what made you all of a sudden wonder if people should be pumped about a qb playing good against Mcneese st.?

I remember A&M fans being excited about Kenny Trill last year after he smoked one of the worst secondaries on the country.

Why not, he still has to make the right reads and make accurate throws. It may not be a barometer of how he will perform against better defenses due to a lack of pressure but at least you can evaluate how he has grown mentally.

Not doing your research for you, either. Most LSU fans will be cautiously optimistic, knowing McNeese is not a SEC caliber opponent, and the sad state of QB play last year. The question should be asked 3 weeks from now.

Having said that, we're having a difficult time finding good Heisman nicknames. Seems like aTm trademarked everything. I mean, you guys have a player who walks on the field without tripping, he gets a nickname and a new GOAT t shirt.

Should the QB get a trademarked nickname and a heisman campaign after USCe, Lamar, Rice, and SMU?

(see TCU transfer/former Aggie Great, aka Johnny 2.0 ... aka Kenny Football ... aka Kenny Trill)

If you do a thread for defensive linemen, insert 2.5 SEC Sack Beast ... Myles Garrett.

You know damn well that LSU fans will be shouting Hesiman and SEC Title if they win by more than 20 tomorrow and Harris throws for 200 yards

kinda like the Aggies did with kenny trill
