My issue is with the contention that LSU backed out. There is zero evidence to that. If this was on LSU, I'd admit it. It isn't.

Why would LSU? LSU hasn't lost to a regular season out of conference opponent since 2002. Longest such OOC winning streak in college football history.
This was either on Oklahoma, in order to play UCLA...I think the Sooners still want to get into the Pac 12...or it was by mutual agreement.
