No way. They are paid at the top of college football and they are in a Power 5 conference they control. They didn't "win" realignment, but they are way better off than a UConn, Cincy, Boise St, or a BYU that got left in the cold. BYU doubly so, they left a conference and burned bridges that in retrospect look like a terrible move.

Given how the Big 12 went west with WVU, kinda locking them out, I say BYU was by far the biggest loser in realignment. There is a reason they are saying that they need to be in a major conference in three years.

They deserve it though IMHO. They gave the Big 12 that list of demands when they should have been on their knees. Either pick your Sabbath rule, or pick to play in major conference football. Its an either or thing.
