UK and USC play men's soccer in the C-USA. UK used to be in the MAC.

I really don't understand why the SEC is so resistant to soccer. It's a top-tier sport, worthy of inclusion in the best conference.

I'm against it because I'm against college soccer altogether. I love soccer but we need to stop diverting our top players to college for 4 years when they need to be focusing on their professional development.

Soccer is one of those sports where players that have top level talent need to be playing full time by the time they're 18... college just slows down their professional development.

I'd go for lacrosse if I were adding one mens' sport to the SEC.

I agree since 100% of players with the ability to play in college will make it to the professional level

I know it's just so stupid. Let kids go pro whenever they want... for the rest... college is a great option and training ground. Look at the money behind college athletics. MLS academies will never come close to the monster.

Men's soccer.

And I'm not even much of a soccer fan outside of the national teams.

Men's soccer. It is time. More kids play soccer than any other sport. In metro areas, has more support than baseball.

Water polo. We are in the south with a ton of water. No excuse for not having and competing in this sport.
