Oklahoma '03 is BS. Blow out in conference championship is an eliminator.

Corrected, still stand by it was an eliminator. OU was blown out.

I think CU would have gotten in there. If I remember correctly, Texas was #3 going into the Big 12 Championship. By crushing Nebraska 62-36 and the win over UT while being crowned Big 12 Champions would have propelled them into the top 4.

1. Miami
2. Oregon
3. Nebraska
4. Colorado

2007 would have had UGA and USC. UGA was ranked #2 and the flip flop of them and LSU after the SECCG would not have occurred if 4 teams were taken instead of 2.

Your 2013 scenario would have been interesting. After Alabama beat Auburn (and they would have) in the national championship game, the LSU fans would have the Auburn folks to join them in their eternal butt hurt mode toward The Tide...it would have been hilarious.

If I had all day to do nothing and a vyvanse, I'd highly enjoy this thread. But alas, I do not. And since I just started liking football in 2009, I won't be able to participate in those earlier years.

We would beat the shite out of y'all. Y'all lost to Tennessee that year by like 3 TDs. We whipped their arse with our backup QB.

The title game would've been Oregon vs. Bama because everyone knows that LSIxU sucks at mulligans.

2006 AUburn beat LSU and UF, think we would have been in over LSU with 2 losses.
