It would never happen, but if you merged the 2 universities, that would be a powerhouse football program. With that being said, a BCS conference would take ole miss over miss state, all day erryday

For what good reason? Seriously?

Besides, you think anyone would even want to come close to touching UMs racial issues?

Because no one outside of the SEC knows MSU. Seriously, half the nation think Mississippi State is Ole Miss' proper name. No one gives a frick about yall.

Another example of a no-life gump trying to validate his failed existence through a football program he has never seen play IRL. It must suck to live in squalor and have to use the public library to access the Internet.

Prosperity always leads to internal strife, and a conference divided is destined to fail. I fear the mighty SEC will collapse one day because of illusions of grandeur elsewhere. If it does, amateur sports, as we know it, will be gone forever.

Funny how:
1. Only Ole Miss and State fans think this thread is "retarded", and
2. I haven't seen one Ole Miss or State fan EVER say that it was stupid to talk about what other teams bring to the conference.

Missouri has caught hell this year for performing more or less equal to what Ole Miss has been doing for years...and Mizzou at least brings a basketball team.
