If Chip Kelly flames out this season in Philly- he'd be tailor made- NFL experience, exciting offense, etc.

Bad coach can easily destroy an elite program. Series of bad hires will make it a dumpster fire, even at UF. Bama got Dubosed. USC got Hacketted. Even Texas went through a long period of mediocrity.
Head coach will make or break a program. Right coach will catapult a program to the top. See USC before and after Pete Carroll, Bama before and after Nick Saban, etc.
