Herman should be the first call, though I am highly skeptical that he accepts or is the new coach.

If I were a betting man, I would place money on Kiffin, because he would take it. I think he would, more or less, be about as successful as Les Miles.

Fran (or someone equally worthless)

LSU will get the best out there and still do well because LA is loaded with talent and LSU owns it.

kevin steele, Vince McMahon or Tim Tebow would be top contenders

Steve Spurrier - He still has something left in the tank.

Not sure Herman leaves. Would be a bad year to need a coach.

If Houston doesn't get an invite to a P5 school I could definitely see Herman leaving. If they do, he's locked in there long term though.

Why would he take a job at a lesser program?

He does make 1.5 at Houston and Les makes 4 here. Reports are that we offered Jimbo 6.5. Gotta imagine if we offered 5 that it would be hard to turn down that large of a raise.

He is making 3m per year and if they get into the Big 12 he will get a 5m bonus making him higher paid the last two years than Les

You guys are acting like a bunch of pussies TBH.

All offseason you all were hyping the frick out of your team. How great you were. How you were winning the SEC and heading to the playoffs. Etc.

Now you lose one game. A 2 Pt road loss to a pretty good program and now all you talk about is firing your coach.

If this team was anywhere near as good as you all said it was then your season is far from over.

that time has come and gone which is why he ended up in South Carolina.

Not saying that I necessarily disagree with you though...

you're 110% correct, fwiw, but some of these same guys have been asking for Miles' head since 2011.
