Arkansas is a far superior program. John L Smith didn't change that. Remember '09? '10? '11? How about 41-25?

You can bet there are executives from ESPN and CBS in route to NCAA headquarters as we speak, to make absolutely certain that Manziel plays. They, not the NCAA will make that decision.
