its pretty les miles of me to think our admins would grow a sac and fire him after losing to uf,bama and ark/auburn but im hold out hope.
my only hope is that the big money boosters that are pissed stay pissed and aren't waved off by the tossing aside of crowton

Well if you fire him and he finishes with 9 wins that looks bad you know?
I know Florida fired a winning coach (Zook) and ended up with someone better, also Ohio State did with John Cooper. However, many teams that did that ended up with worse coaches and it is a crap shoot because you never know how a coach like Del Rio, Gruden, Wittingham, or Peterson would do moving to LSU and going in SEC.

yea but we do have the money to hire a proven coach and a proven coach also knows that les deserves to be fired.

Yup and Tennessee scored 17 on , they also put up 288 yards on Florida and only 217 yards against LSU.
Florida only managed 317 yards against Tennessee and LSU managed 424 yards....
