Yes Robbie just yes... LSU developed an offense with Lee at the helm, next week no turnovers and LSU rolls

All the penalties yesterday leads me to believe the coaching staff (if you can even call it that) does not have them mentally prepared. That was the case in 06 at Gainesville with muffed punts and all that.

I don't think you can say we won't have turnovers. Yes our defense is special and hopefully they'll create turnovers that we can score off of. And I know we moved the ball better yesterday but we still weren't scoring. And UF's defense is better than tennesee's.

If we win, it'll be because we get lucky again. No way do we roll them or dominate or anything like that. Just pray that, at least for one day, Urban Meyer can be more inept than Les Miles like Dooley was yesterday

We can't. Don't even get your hopes up. All offseason and thus far this year I have been so supportive of miles and have been so optimistic only to have reality slap me in the face about 5:47 PM central time yesterday. Cotton bowl here we come.

SO you think we have no chance at all to beat any of the big teams left on the schedule? At this point I'd hesitate to favor us in any of those games but no way in hell would I count us out all together. Yesterday we found out we actually have a semi-compatent QB, that definitely gives me hope for the rest of the season. Unfortunately we also figured out Les is as much of a fricktard as we thought he was. I definitely think we can win any one of the games we have left. Is it likely we win all of them? not even close, but I don't understand how you can think we don't have a shot.

Penalties happen, it just becomes when they happen. LSU did not have many drive killing penalties yesterday which doesn't bother me. Sure they should be less and that is something a team can improve one week to the next.

Lee will throw at least 1 INT next week but 2 touchdowns as well

If Brantley is the QB for Florida then that is at least 2 interceptions right there

That was because of the turnovers in the redzone. Lee doesn't throw the INT LSU could get at least 3, LSU missed a field goal and that was 3. LSU left a lot of points on the field.
Florida's defense is better than Tennessee but Alabama showed you can run on Florida and LSU has some talented backs.

nah, if we win it is because we are better than Florida on the day

LSU will not dominate anyone this year, probably not even McNeese

I understand that. The outcome of the game and how it happened has nothing to do with the other things going on in my pathetic life right now.

no obviously i was disappointed with the end of the game, but i was very pleased with them moving the ball better and with the amount of playing time lee got. but my mood was ruined before kickoff so yeah i'm not one of those people.

nah other than yelling alot i remained relatively calm. i kinda stood their shocked that les miles managed to fudge up worse than ole miss.

its kinda sank in to me that even with all of our talent we will not over come les miles.

im just hoping he mans up like urban resigns due to mental health and doesn't come back.

Guy sitting next to me in the stadium slammed his cell phone down when he thought Tennessee had won. I laughed after LSU won

No because I'm not sold on Florida at all. Their defense is terrific but the offense has a lot of issues especially along the o-line.

ive broken one phone over LSU sports and that was john brady and our final four meltdown.

honestly now im just waiting for what les can frick up next and just holding out hope the LSU political machine frames him for a dui or something to fire him.

im fine with offering him his buyout but having him say its medical issues and us paying another 4 mil on top for him to go hang out on a beach or some shite for a year before going to a small school

If LSU wins they can not justify firing him no matter how ugly it is. He needs to lose for them to justify it, so it looks like he is here another 3 years.

Our problems are with the offense. How is LSU going to score a lot in the swamp? First game of Lee in that kind of environment? We have a very good defense, the problem with us is our OL anchored by a center, who can't snap, followed by inability to open running lanes, and an OC who continues calling option plays on a throwing QB. We cannot set the pass with the run, that isn't what we are now. We have to pass, pass, and then set up the run.

I think we are going to beat LSU soundly, but of course, with Les's luck, anything can happen.
