Chavis doesn't lose to mediocre QBs.

I personally watched him lose to a back up qb throwing for 100 yards because he couldn't stop a qb draw up the middle with Albert haynesworth and John Henderson with an sec championship and bcs cg appearance on the line.

What does it matter to Aggies? LSU best your guys on your home field with Jennings. Apparently a quarterback isn't even needed to beat aggie

To all of you Tiger Baits who don't understand LesMilesisms. Harris will be fine and to the worst for your beloved teams.

Can't wait.........

Every other SEC fan seems to have no idea how Les Miles works.
He always does this thing with his QB's by waiting to see who starts last minute.

Except this year we all know Harris will start. He was a true freshman last year and started his first game on the road against a dominant Auburn defense with other young guys around him.
You SEC gumps have a new thing coming for you this year. And dont listen to the dumb LSU fan who said he will be a top 10 pick.
But he does have the best arm strength in the SEC. You will see.

Personally I'm a wait & see guy when it comes to both JJ & Harris. I'm probably a little more confident watching JJ because he doesn't have the "deer in the headlights" look that Harris had last year. Granted JJ is a Jr and has an entire 2 years under Malzahn he should be where he's at with understanding our offense. However, I've seen a recent former AU QB who couldn't calm the frick down in the pocket and was the worst QB since Jeff Klein.

That's a huge stretch. The rest is just excuses for poor play and a lot of homerism . Much like the LF hype and subsequent excuses as to why he isn't as good a Chub, too much invested in his hype to admit he isn't that generational type player they claimed he would be, not saying he isn't good, he is an above average sec back.

No one is scared of Lsu's Qb position with Harris, Jennings or any other player y'all trot out on the field.

I wouldnt be scared of a true freshman either. He isnt a true freshman anymore though.

Its funny how you expect so much out of a true freshman.
Jarrett Lee was HORRIBLE his freshman year and then by the time he got some experience, he led LSU to an undefeated 2011 season.
