That's not a coincidence. Auburn didn't play their best game either.

Jameis missing throws, wrs dropping passes, etc etc.

Auburn got the ball twice with short field position (fumble by Jameis and punting out of their own endzone)

Auburn played a helluva game defensively. But FSU going derp mode/Jimbo not adjusting early on......is what helped them look better than they were.

I don't think they could. I think that key players world get hurt. Hell look at us, Ga. with Key players out. It's impossible to play SEC week in and week out and not lose much less with starters gone.

Winston was constantly under pressure, too. Not only that, the hits laid on FSU players were harder than they had seen all year. Players laying all over the field. They lucked out at the end, but like Auburn you can't always rely on that luck.

Being at the game, I really wasn't impressed with their offense or Winston. However, defensively they were impressive. I think they could possibly go through the sec undefeated. All that last night proved to me is that the acc as a whole is garbage. We didn't play close to our best game and easily could've won. They blew everyone out that they played this year.

Auburn also bungled two prime scoring opportunities and Marshall had a terrible game outside of his long TD pass. His running was bad too. Gus also called a terrible third quarter. My point was both teams were obviously well matched which is why a handful of plays decided the game.

Once again, you didn't notice Jameis sailing the ball after everything was collapsing around him? That isn't a coincidence. Jimbo was on the sideline visibly talking about how the coaches had to get him settled down.

If FSU was in the sec, they would be on the same level as Miss State. They look similar to state

First half was a case of nerves imo. They were a much better team than Auburn.

FSU is much better than State. That's a ludicrous statement.

Not really. It was a tough hard fought matchup between two good teams.

With how many of their players were lying down by the third quarter, I really don't think they have the personnel to go through Ole Miss, A&M, LSU, Alabama and Missouri unscathed.

I agree with you. I even said so on the first page but to say they're like State is frankly stupid as frick.

FSU is good the best in the nation right now. I say that before unloading this. Look the acc is a joke of a football conference I don't think some of you really seriously see how bad that conference actually is.

FSU avged winning games by 28PTS!!! When you beat people that badly in your conference either one or two things is very clear. Either your that much better than all of your conference or your conference isn't very good probably both. All I know is that they beat clemson like a rented mule and they also lost to us by 2td's. Now I can't say for certain that we would be a lock to beat them but we definitely would give them a run for there money.

If FSU was in the sec they could possibly lose up to 4 games and scrap to win a lot more depending on who they played. Just my opinion from watching acc football and sec football

0-2 losses.

They'd have a chance IMO.....but Jamis playing stiff competition early maybe means he never gets the chance to gain confidence. He was straight up shook 1rst half. His teammates knew it. However, like was mentioned earlier that was one of the best if not the best defense Auburn played IMO. I came away impressed on that front.

That being said, everyone saw that they were not what they thought coming into the game.

FSU would've lost a game or two in the SEC
Wiston surely wouldn't have won the Heismen

FSU has SEC talent all over the feild, but a not so great Auburn defense laid the wood apon FSU's offense. Other conferences just don't have the DL play the SEC has, that simple. Auburn should've won the game, but when you let elite athlete's hang around you take a chance of blowing it. Bama has done this and Auburn won't be the last team to do it either.

It's one thing to go undefeated against the SEC champion in 1 game with a month to prepare for that game.

Going undefeated against 9 SEC teams with a week to prepare for each game and then have to win a NC on top of that is a completely different matter.
