He would still play for Alabama, but he would be spending a lot of time in the doghouse. Geno Smith has gotten 2 DUIs and he's still on the team and yet to miss a game for either.

I blame it on the vast bar scene at Auburn. He'd have been fine in Tuscaloosa or Athens.
